We want you to feel great about your purchase. MemoHoney is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of delivery to start a return.
Email support@memohoneyweb.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please wait for these instructions before shipping anything back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive un-tracked returns.
Because results build over time, our guarantee covers you even if you've opened and tried the product. Simply return any unused bottles along with your first, opened bottle per the instructions our team provides.
Requests made after the 60-day window, or orders placed through third-party marketplaces we don't control, may fall outside this policy. Where an order was completed on a partner merchant's checkout, that merchant's return policy applies.
